You may request a premium quote that separately shows the portion of your premium that is based on your credit history. If your policy’s initial rate was negatively affected by your credit history, we will review your credit history every two years, or sooner if you request it. You may ask us to review your credit history once per policy period. If your credit history has improved, any premium adjustment will take effect immediately after we complete our review.
